Devotion
Devotion brings certain transcendental vulnerabilities, so that we can bring our naked selves. No longer hiding our neurosis skillfully. Without devotion you will feel afraid of being vulnerable and being a victim of your own pride, with less courage to expose yourself.
Devotion combats the doubt which arises at the beginning of our path, and which fades away only with time and practice. As long as we are on the path, devotion is the precious string that binds us to our view, meditation and action. Fully realized, it transforms into great compassion.
