In these seminars we will explore what hinders us from connecting with our natural flow of sexuality. Sex is one of our strongest and most powerful forces and at the same time the most shamed and judged area of our life. Through exercises, meditations and understanding we will heal the wounds of the past, and connect to the essence of our natural sexuality. This enables communication in a more open and sensitive way with ourselves, partners and beloveds. Tantra is an alchemical journey that transforms base metal into gold ñ moving from sex to the heart, and to consciousness.
This
intensive group starts with the feeling-inquiry into the
openness of what we already are. From our heartfelt sense
of being, we will journey into an exploration of male and
female identities and explore their divine aspects. With
it comes also the shadow side of male and female roles that
we embody. From our embodiment of Shiva and Shakti there
will be a different and new meeting possible between man
and woman.
Sexuality is one of our strongest energies. We will explore it and find a way
of acceptance and a way to open ourselves to love, in spite of the woundedness,
the rejections and frustrations that we carry inside. And to open ourselves to
aliveness and joyfulness, in spite of fears and so-called problems, and see that
our biggest yearning is really for being one with existence, god and the other.
In an atmosphere of meditation and love there will be a ground were you can play,
experiment and retrieve new parts of your natural being.
Much of the time will be spent in silence together, so that we can go beyond
habitual patterns of social relating and conversations.
We will do exercises that help to open the body, heart and soul, and learn to
communicate, relate and discover ways to open to others, to love, and to deeper
aspects of your being.
For
God to make love,
for the divine alchemy to work,
the pitcher needs a still cup.
Why ask Hafiz to say anything more about the most vital requirement?
To
open yourself to Tantra, means to have an accepting attitude
towards life, love, your body and being. Tantra means being
in the flow.
In this group we will look at old conditionings and beliefs, and frozen structures
that hinders us from living our life and heart’s fulfillment.
We will explore places in which we hide and from which we do not love ourselves.
Often we have the feeling we are not good enough, or we don't have the right
body or we cannot receive or give. In order to compensate for this behavior we
create certain strategies that are meant to help us, but actually are in the
way of finding true fulfillment and of experiencing true self-love, and with
it, the natural flow of our sexuality.
We will learn to accept and love ourselves, – the first step towards Tantra,
which is saying yes to oneself and to existence exactly as it is right now. We
will also explore male and female roles, and gain a deeper understanding of the
dynamics. A very important part of this group will be to learn how to communicate
in a way such that one will be really heard and understood from the depth of
one’s heart.
"Tantra is based on life, Tantra
is the art of life, of love. Tantra is the method to encounter
your sexuality, your sensuousness, your being."
The
longing for sex has been distorted and repressed by societies
and religions for centuries. In continuation of the primal
and conditioning work, this section deals with our early
sexual experiences and the climate around them; to becoming
aware of our inhibitions and misunderstandings about sex.
This will help you to see and accept your body, your sensuality
and psychology, and to explore yourself and the meeting with
others.
"Tantra is based on Life;
Tantra is the art of Life,of love.
Tantra is the method to encounter your sexuality,
your sensuousness, your sensate being."
